Facts About LDC
Unequivocally proven so far in clinical trials are that Deprenyl causes the following actions to take place within the body:
- LDC is a MAO-B inhibitor, which changes at higher dosages to be both an MAO-B and an MAO-A inhibitor. At dosage levels of between 1 mg and 25 mg, LDC is an MAO-B inhibitor. At these dosage levels, LDC has show it's MAO-B inhibition by blocking toxic free radicals from damaging brain cells, while additionally preventing the toxic MAO-B from escalating the break-up of dopamine. At this dosage range, LDC is proven to be a mild anti-depressant. At dosage levels of between 25 mg and 50 mg per day, LDC converts to an MAO-A inhibitor while retaining it's MAO-B inhibition. At the higher dosage levels, LDC has been very effective in some cases of treating severe depression along with other related mental disorders that institutionalize patients, with few or no side effects.
- LDC has been proven to revive malfunctioning and dying brain cells.
